QTS was established in Dec 2012. It is a subsidiary of Environmental Management Consultants and is based in Karachi, Pakistan. The experienced scientific and customer services teams work closely with clients to understand their needs in terms of the technical and commercial demands they face. Timeframes and reporting deadlines are agreed at an early stage to enable clients to meet their own obligations confidently.
